CHAPTER UPDATE FORMS NOW DUE

Every October 1 HLAA chapters submit their Chapter Update Forms.  You can click here to download the form.

HLAA’s Membership Services and Web Technologies Departments use the information on these forms to update your chapter’s database record and its listing in the Find A Chapter page of the HLAA website.  With 160 + Chapters and State Associations, working from these forms is the best way for us to handle the data.  We apologize for having to ask you to fill out the form. Please believe me when I say this, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Many of you have already submitted your forms and your diligence is so appreciated.  If you are not sure, I am happy to check for you. Just email me at Chapters@hearingloss.org.

I hope you are having a wonderful fall. You open the world of communication to people with hearing loss and you make a difference in their world.  Every day!

All the best,
Valerie Stafford-Mallis
