Welcome blog from Valerie Stafford-Mallis 1.20.2016

I am writing to you this afternoon to explain how I plan to communicate with you.  I would like to use the State and Chapter Development Blog as my primary vehicle for pushing information out to you.  Then, if you wish to respond, please email me at vstafford-mallis@hearingloss.org

Please allow me to encourage you to subscribe to the State and Chapter Development blog if you are not already subscribed.  It is REALLY easy to sign up for.

Simply click here to go to my State and Chapter Development Blog:

This link will take you to the signup screen for the State and Chapter Development News blog.  To subscribe simply type in your email address and respond to a couple of commands that follow.  And that’s it!  No username or password to remember. Easy peasy.

The HLAA Official Leaders List Yahoo Group is a great way for current and future presidents/leaders and coordinators to chat with one another about topics that interest them.  Thanks to Judy Martin, HLAA Jacksonville Chapter for sharing her tireless moderator’s talents.  You will sometimes see the same message I post on the State and Chapter Development blog posted on the HLAA Official Leaders List Yahoo Group. Click here to go to that Yahoo Group.

My State and Chapter Development Blog is the primary thing you really want to be subscribed to in order to stay current on what I post regarding State and Chapter Development News.

And from time to time I will send out e-blasts to HLAA’s past-present-and-future chapter leaders, coordinators, and state association leaders. These email addresses come from the Chapter Update forms we ask for every year.

Keeping current email addresses for everyone is VERY important.  Thank you to all of you who have already sent in your Chapter Update forms.  If you misplaced your form and would like another to fill out and send in, please click on this link:  Chapter State Update Form

This form can also be accessed under the Annual Requirements section of the Leader Support page.

Thank you for reading this far.  I look forward to achieving amazing things together.  PS: I promise future blogs will not be as long.  Have a great day!
