Let's Celebrate President's Day

Today, Monday, February 17 is President's Day. It's a federal holiday and originally was the day to celebrate George Washington's and Abraham Lincoln's February birthdays. Over the years, it has become known as a day we honor all our United States presidents.

Of course, it's also a day for great sales -- cars, appliances, clothing, you name it.

I figure if the retail world can expand President's Day to mean great shopping, I can make it a day we remember and thank all of our HLAA Chapter and State presidents.

Today's your day! On behalf of the national office staff, the HLAA Board of Trustees, and HLAA members everywhere...Happy President's Day.

Hope you enjoy your day.
