Chapter Chat Report

The Chapter chat was quite lively with about 9 chapter members last Tuesday. We did address some issues of getting chapter sponsorships and volunteers as well as discussing meeting topics and meeting places.

The transcript of the Chapter chat that is now available. Go to the Leadership Support Website Called the Leader’s Wiki and from the left menu select Chapter Chat Transcripts. Each month I will put the transcripts on the Wiki. Bookmark this web address:

The chats are fun and I hope more of you will join in on our next chat. Next scheduled chat is Wednesday, September 16, 2009. The chat schedule is also listed on the Events Calendar on the Wiki. For future dates you can always check there.

The chat room is working out quite well for private chats. If you or your chapter leadership would like to meet with me in the chat room, this can be arranged. Just let me know and Email me for an appointment.

Some have asked “What is a Wiki”? The short definition is: A wiki is a website that uses wiki software, allowing the easy creation and editing of any number of interlinked Web pages.
This definition comes from the online Wikipedia which is basically an online Encyclopedia. You can find the Wikipedia here: I chose the Wikispaces because it does not require that I be a web designer and I can quickly and easily add and update information.

Hope you find it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. If you have any trouble with the Wiki let me know.

Please share the two links below with all of your officers and committee members in your chapter. Suggest they sign up for the Chapter News.

Best to all,
